Kat Hall I couldn’t ask for anything more for a cafe anywhere but specifically Mt. Carroll. The sausage and egg burrito was fantastic! I could tell all the ingredients were fresh and the owner confirmed that the sausage was homemade too and I could tell even before he clarified. It came with a side of sour cream and green salsa (salsa verde). That happens to be the salsa I will put on EVERYTHING! I got an iced oat milk Latte and it was definitely strong enough without being overpowering - personally I like to taste the coffee in my drinks and I did but it was smooth; not like burnt coffee. Please come support , you will be glad you did !

Harlie Bunyard I love this boutique. Its the perfect addition to the square. I feel so supported when I walk in the door. Its hard to find a boutique that has cute plus size clothes that last more than one wash. I continuously come back to Mila Rose and the owner has great fashion sense and has started to pick up what things I love. Feels very nice!

Meenakshi Kumar (Cosmos) Cherawn is a gifted stylist and an incredibly generous soul who gave me so much confidence that I could create a new style for myself with the clothes that I have and organize my clothes in a way that didn’t feel overwhelming and actually created excitement. I have been a person who cried every time I went to a clothing store and realize a lot of that is from Gender, dysphoria And poor body image. Now I have been able to find that place inside of me that can love myself in my clothes and accept my body and Cherawn is a big part of that process. I loved our sessions together she’s so easy to talk to, do very kind and has a great sense of humor along with being so talented!!

Cathleen Colehour What a lovely collection of boutique clothing and accessories...not like anyplace else you will find in Galena. Its clear that the buyer for this store cares a great deal about finding unique and fun items for her store. We will certainly return every time we visit there. Great finds!
