5 /5 Gabrielle Bargewell: I had the best experience at the Ann Taylor in Wheaton thanks to Rylie. She was absolutely on point from the moment I called the store to ask for help. I came in completely stressed because the blazer I ordered online did not match the pants I had. Rylie immediately knew who I was and helped me pull together the fit I desperately needed. She was friendly, knowledgeable about everything they had in store, and the entire process felt so smooth and efficient. It has been a long time since I have come across someone this helpful from start to finish. She truly went above and beyond and I cannot say enough good things. Amazing amazing amazing!!! 5 /5 Claire Lasak: Made the 45 minute drive to this store to look for some more professional clothes, and I am SO GLAD I did. The ladies in the store so welcoming and helpful. I was shopping alone and Donna’s help and suggestions in the fitting room were incredible. Can’t wait to come back!

Valerie and her teammates not only did an amazing job helping me find the right suit for me, they also went out of their way to send a handwritten note wishing me luck for the work function where I told them I was planning to wear the suit. These ladies made me look good and feel good!!!

1 /5 V U: The blatant racism of the staff in this store is shocking. I was in the store for 10 mins. None of the 3 staff acknowledged my presence. Every white person who walked in was however greeted with a hello and asking if they needed help.
