T DeWitt The initial measurement they did for my suit was inaccurate (apparently the rep who usually handles that was unavailable) and as soon as the suit came in and was obviously way too big, Samantha went above and beyond all reasonable expectations to make it right, including coming to my home the same day to remeasure and then over-nighted the properly altered suit to our hotel. Nobody is a hundred percent, and how a business handles its mistakes is one big way it can set itself apart from the competition. Samantha handled the situation perfectly and won my familys business for as long as Joyces is in business.
