D C I had a formal wear emergency, and Ryan was the hero. My initial tuxedo was supposed to be shipped to the city and was lost in transit. I scurried into Mens Wearhouse for an emergency tuxedo. After exploring all my options, Ryan was able to pull together one with some light tailoring to make in time for my event in 2 days. He assisted in every item, right down to the accessories. I was able to leave with a cohesive look and my jacket was finished in the city. Thank you for being able to pull it together in about 24 hours. I picked up my jacket from the city the next day just in time for my event.

M SD I had issues with an online order and walked in to the Freeport Maurices to see if I could get any help. The associate was very helpful and I was actually able to find the item I ordered at that store. Great outcome to a frustrating online experience.
