I have shopped at Chicos outlet as well and I have always enjoyed special attention from the associates. Always a fun atmosphere. I bought my first item from there that I was very disappointed in the fabric. Followed instructions and it stretched so out of shape I couldnt wear it. During the shutdown for Covid I contacted customer service and I was sent a postage paid return address. I received a full amount. They were so good about it. I wont ship anywhere else. My favorite stores include the shops at Grand prairie in Peoria, IL and their outlet at Branson MO.
