1 /5 Christina Hayden: I would strongly recommend staying away and go somewhere else, especially if you’re selling. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and it’s disappointing how much the quality and standards have declined. They used to carry solid, well known brands and offered fair buyouts. Today, I brought in three large bags and was offered just $24 for nine items. They passed on reputable, in demand brands like Madewell, Free People, Lululemon among many others all in very good condition. But took out of date target brands. It honestly felt arbitrary. The staff seems disconnected from current trends and brand value, which makes selling here no longer worth the time or effort.

5 /5 georgia papineau: I went Into the store for the first time at the recommendation of the ladies working at Plato’s closet. I brought some items to sell and they bought a few things and I was happy with what I got for them. The store is huge and has so much beautiful bags and wallets and jewelry and shoes and clothing as far as the eye can see. Melanie greeted me and was my buyer and she was super friendly and knowledgeable and I’m very happy to have met her. I will definitely be coming back here very soon! A+ experience.

Wanted to love it, but was far under expectation. +/- below -1 star for clothes selection that is poor quality, not well screened and not currently trendy (so many items that are stained, torn, have rips, snags, runs, pilly fabric, deodorant smears, etc. most thrift stores have a better screening process) -1 star for clothes prices being way too high for that poor quality mentioned above ($8 for a used Old Navy tee which you can buy brand new for the exact same price makes no sense!) -1 star for unenthused, crabby staff. The middle aged woman working today was barking and pointing to customers to move to certain register stations and made people wait despite no one else being in the store... control freak behavior served with fake nice thanks after and zero actual warmth, genuine kindness. Off putting along with the majority of the clothes. +1 star for the occasional great find that is clean, new or barely worn especially when its marked down on sale! +1 star for most items generally being in actual size areas marked on racks. Makes the hunt less stressful when grouped accordingly, then you can focus on eyeballing your items for condition, which is an absolute necessity here. Go to Goodwill down the road for better quality, less chancy merchandise and cheaper prices! Its the same effort checking over items for damage, wear & tear.

5 /5 T T: Always a great experience at this location. I have sold and purchased beautiful designer items at excellent prices. Everything is always so clean, organized and welcoming. Highly recommend whether you’re selling or shopping.

2 /5 Claudia Baxendale: Ive been shopping here for what must be over a decade. I used to be able to walk out with a few treasures each time but I will say that in the last few years, the quality of the inventory and the care taken to keep the shop maintained has really declined. I was in just a week or so ago and noticed the shop was messy and disorganized and saw many items on the racks with tears and stains, certainly not "trendy and updated" such as they claim to be the only items they take for consignment. I was especially disgusted that as I was browsing the purses, several of them had items inside them, including food crumbs. One of them had various personal items as if the past owner had actually left them in there and nobody bothered to clean it out. Whats worse, when I mentioned this to the girl who checked me out, she waved it off and said something along the lines of: "yeah that happens sometimes." This used to be one of my go-to places but unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
