1 /5 Brad Mueller: Strongly advise against this store. They gave me an defective product via in store pick-up and then refused to refund it because of the defects (which existed at the time they gave it to me). Try online or another location where they wont try to scam you like this.

1 /5 John Bian: Terrible service this morning. Needed to purchase some sports equipment . I was in the store for just under an hour. Not one employee even acknowledged me. It almost seemed like a few of them were trying their darndest to not make eye contact with me so they wouldnt be bothered by a confused customer potentially saying "excuse me, can you help me?". I am not asking for anyone to go out of their way, just help a customer in need with a bit of information on certain items of sports equipment that I was unfamiliar with. There were plenty of associates around the place, and yet myself and another elderly couple I noticed, couldnt get any kind of assistance. I know the name of the store is "Dicks" but Im almost positive the stores employees arent suppose to act like one....thats unless the policy changed. Genuinely frustrated and disappointed by my experience there. Im not sure if Ill ever return to this location.

1 /5 TJ Smith: Unknowingly bought a defective bat and tried to return it. Was told I cant return it and to contact the manufacturer. Was in the middle of the season so purchased another bat under guidance of the store. Was told to return the new bat once the manufacturer sends it to me. Time passes waiting for Easton to get me the bat. Finally get it and attempt to return it to the store. Im now the proud owner of 3 bats. Apparently Im outside of the return window even though I followed direction of the store. But hey they offered me $15 for a brand new bat. Thanks for standing behind the products you sell and taking care of your customers!

1 /5 Jeff Smith: I would give negative if I could. My family and myself spend a lot of money every year at the Dicks in Bloomington Illinois. I bought a $400 driver one day ago. I did not use it at all. I did not like the feel of it once I held it at home for a bit. The Bloomington store would not allow me to return the driver, less than 24 hours later beecause "the plastic wrapping had been taken off the head" and said it had been used, when in fact it had not been used at all. Zero. Zilch. The acting supervisor that I spoke with on the phone refused to come to the front of the store to speak with me in person and told the other employees to tell me that. There was never any angry or nasty language during the phone conversation we had before I arrived to the Bloomington store from either party. When I got there, the supervisor told her employees that she would not speak with me in person because of "how she was spoken to" on the phone. Good news.. I took the club to Dicks in a different city about an hour away from Bloomington . They had the golf manager and the store manager inspect the club and they could not find a "single shred of evidence" (their words exactly) that the club had hit a ball a single time. The manager in this store said that it was "insane" that the supervisor in Bloomington would not come to the front of the store and speak to me in person. The entire staff that I spoke to was in on this ridiculous treatment of a great customer as well.
