1 /5 Julie A: Worst experience buying shoes. Find your shoe on a kiosk,they bring but dont help. All they do is bring shoes then put them back. When you are buying shoes you really expect some level of customer service. Will not be buying shoes there ever again.

1 /5 anthony hernandez: Bought a 2025 Rawlings icon for my son for Christmas that was a size too big. The plastic that barely was on it came off when he opened his present. I went to return it unused in which the manager looked over the bat for a minute to make sure it wasnt used to only tell me it was not there policy to return a bat with the plastic off. I asked why did she inspect it if she wasnt going to exchange it for a size smaller? I told her that I was not informed of this policy when we bought the bat. Once again its unused and will remain a 400 dollar unused bat because it is a little big. 0 empathy, no care that it cost 400 for something my son cant use. I head coach baseball and football constantly and Im in this store making purchases monthly. From now I I will just use other competition online stores like just bats.

5 /5 Rick Stone: Very friendly staff at this location. The Geneva location is good but always busy. The checkout moved fast and we saved a bunch of money with coupons. Update 3/22: Devin, Blake, Brandi, Ayden and Ava did an awesome job helping us today!

1 /5 Erika: An absolute debacle shopping here. Understaffed and the ones that are working, have no interest in helping you. Nobody can find anything and they keep you waiting forever. Gave up, returned what items I was able to find back on the shelf and left.

5 /5 Stefanie Hall: Lennon is the goat!! He promptly addressed an issue I brought to him, & the same day told me to come in and he’d get it taken care of. I was in awe due to the level of determination he had while helping me, because you don’t see that often. Also, wasn’t expecting him to take time out of his day to do a scavenger hunt around the store, but that’s the kind of person he is. I left the store happier than I came in-WHICH IS the MAIN GOAL-and even told him I was going to write this review because he deserves to be recognized. Love Dicks sporting goods and I’m so glad Lennon was there to assist.
