1 /5 Madison Walls: Horrible customer service by the red-headed manager. Went in to do an exchange and was accused of having both washed&worn one of the items. The manager also accused me of “stretching it out”. This was extremely insulting, especially because of the amount of money I spend here and that there were other customers present. It was humiliating actually. I have never had a negative experience at this location before and have always RAVED to my friends about this location. But, unfortunately, I will never be shopping here again. Such a shame. This USED to be my favorite place to shop. I even took my grandmother into this location and recommended it to her. It is so disheartening to know that I can’t trust that my own grandmother would be treated with respect, if she were to go in on her own. Not to mention, the manager and other employees behind the register were clearly talking badly about one of the employees (who wasn’t present at the time). Truly disgusting behavior.

1 /5 K 9451: The red headed girl behind the counter who says she’s the manager (who was not) is absolutely horrible and rude. We tried to make a return with tags and receipts and they refused and when we asked why she was belittling and condescending. She said the return was worn and washed and that we must not know how to do laundry because it looks like the clothes shrunk. Embarrassed us in front of everyone else in line and other employees. Extremely rude and unhelpful. I now only shop at the Bloomington location where staff is kind and store is cleaner.

5 /5 Han Phan: Ever since I found this store, I haven’t shop anywhere else. This store got the most updated fashion trends! It’s a combination of Forever21, H&M, Altar’d State and Francescas. They got good deals at clearance section but other prices are reasonable! I’m always welcome with a friendly/warm service by the sales representatives. Dry Goods also have good quality clothing, never fails to make me happy when I put an outfit on that makes extra beautiful!

1 /5 Breanna Kelley: Took my niece in to shop. Wasn’t greeted when we walked in, we were waiting on a fitting room for awhile and one of the girls went to the back of the store and the other was sweeping at the front not paying attention to the other customers in the store either. After waiting for awhile we decided to put the clothes back and buy from somewhere else. I really like the selection of clothes but customer service needs to be better.

1 /5 jacey marie: One of the managers was incredibly rude and pushy. Clothing items are cute but overpriced.
