5 /5 Mandi Jean: I was nervous to get my haircut, I had been doing it myself for a few years and didnt want to reduce length and I was honestly anxious I had butchered it. But I was ready to get this mop back to beautiful curls! I booked with Arie, and specified what I was wanting: I have thick hair, past my shoulders and wavy, sometimes curly and I wanted to enhance my curls and get curtain bangs. When I got there we discussed what I was wanting and hoping for and showed her pictures of what I liked. She explained every step, why she was layering it this way and then she washed, added a little product and dried it with a diffuser, allowing the curls to curl naturally. I cant express how comfortable she made me, shes so easy to talk to, incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable and very kind. I am absolutely obsessed with my haircut!! My curls have NEVER looked this good and healthy! Whatever your haircare needs, go to Arie, go to Faction93, they know what theyre doing, its the cutest place with the cutest humans!

5 /5 Samantha Harvey: Kristi is amazing! She takes her time with my special needs son and he always has a wonderful experience with her. Shes also amazing with color. My daughter and I both have gotten colored by her and the colors were very vivid and good up amazingly well.

5 /5 Ramya S: Austin is my hair stylist and is a wonderful kind person and great with his work. After several searches, I finally got to do a virtual consult to discuss my exact hair needs and Austin is very attentive, patient, detail oriented and listens to you and likes to work with you to get your desired hair results which a lot of places lack. I love my hair style and have received many compliments and thanks to Austin for working along with me in achieving this. He is also great with kids haircuts. Overall, I recommend the salon and Austin for the exceptional affordable services they provide to their clients.

3 /5 Lisa Smith: Overall I liked my hair. I tried Arie at Faction 93 several times. She has a talent for color and is very helpful in explaining hair cuts and helping you find a new style. Things I could not get with though were the chairs were so uncomfortable partly due to a wobble but also they were downright painful-especially for longer services - because of the thin padding and the center support feels like it is coming up through the chair (trying to make it work, eventually I did ask for a blanket so I could sit on that for a little added cushion, but it was still painful), but the final issue, to be completely honest, was that Arie does not take feedback well. Having gone to the salon a few times, I was still a fairly new client who was trying to communicate what I liked and did not like about my cut and styling so we could learn each other. The two times I gave specific feedback Arie would shut down and almost stop speaking to me entirely. That was super awkward and left me feeling guilty. It was never my intention to hurt her feelings. Even after apologizing profusely she didn’t respond. Now I am not even sure what I was apologizing for. In my opinion you need to have open lines of communication with your stylist, especially as you are getting to know each other. In the end I decided to take my business elsewhere. I wish them all well and hope this feedback is helpful to someone.
