1 /5 Jasmine Masghati: Buyer beware: if you plan on gifting an item from this shop- the exchange/return policy is not “gifting-friendly.” When buying a gift for a loved one as a birthday or Christmas gift, shop elsewhere because the gift recipient may be truly disappointed in the end. The shop’s 15 day return/exchange policy does not allow for time between purchasing the gift, gifting the item, and the recipient taking the time to go to the store. If you like to shop and plan your gifts with time, this is not the place for you. This necklace was purchased by a family member just over two weeks prior to my birthday. I was gifted the necklace a week after my birthday. I loved it! Sadly, the first time I went to wear the necklace, it broke (by no fault of my own). Two weeks later, after my children had gotten over colds, I went to the store to exchange the necklace. I had a picture of the receipt that my family member had sent me. Upon showing it to the employee, I was told that too much time has passed. She proceeded to insinuate that I wore the necklace throughout the time since the date of the receipt and as such, it broke from wear or by some other fault of my own. I am disappointed to say the least.

What sets this place apart is their willingness to offer a variety of options to try on, which is simply amazing. Theyre refreshingly honest too – if something doesnt quite flatter you, theyll kindly let you know, and I really appreciate that honesty. This has become my ultimate go-to store for every occasion and gift-giving opportunities. I cant recommend it enough!

5 /5 John Belli: I go here often to get gifts for my wife. The boutique clothing is more one of a kind and you wont see every style seeking person wearing these items. The Owner Gina is very friendly and customer oriented. I have gone here to get my wife anniversary or birthday gifts. I can call ahead and she will have items picked out for me to look at.

5 /5 Jessie Van Dyck: Love this shop and owner! I work down the street at cocoon and usually pop in once every couple of months whenever I get a free chance. She always remembers me and points me to new merchandise she thinks I might like. So genuine and always picks great clothing/jewelry!
