1 /5 Austin Clayton: The store itself is fine it’s clean, organized, and most of the staff are friendly and helpful. However, what really stood out in a bad way was the behavior of what seemed to be a manager or supervisor. She came across as arrogant and condescending, not just toward me but also toward her coworkers. It was uncomfortable to watch and created a really negative atmosphere in the store. It’s a shame, because the rest of the team seems to work hard and treat people with respect.
Also, it would be helpful if the store made it clearer how customers are to place items on the counter. The manager seemed irritated that I didn’t know to put everything on one side, but it was my first time shopping at this location and there weren’t any signs or guidance about that. A little clarity would make the checkout experience much smoother for everyone.
