5 /5 T DeWitt: The initial measurement they did for my suit was inaccurate (apparently the rep who usually handles that was unavailable) and as soon as the suit came in and was obviously way too big, Samantha went above and beyond all reasonable expectations to make it right, including coming to my home the same day to remeasure and then over-nighted the properly altered suit to our hotel. Nobody is a hundred percent, and how a business handles its mistakes is one big way it can set itself apart from the competition. Samantha handled the situation perfectly and won my familys business for as long as Joyces is in business.

2 /5 benni b: Was so excited to take my daughter for her first homecoming dress. Unfortunately the experience was not what I had hoped for. I’ve always heard great things but the staff did not help whatsoever and were actually unfriendly. One was on her phone most of the time. Very unprofessional for a place where I was planning on spending a lot of money. My daughter left frustrated and disappointed.

5 /5 Molly Novak: Amazing experience with the kind woman doing alterations. She helped us start to finish, from finding us a room to pinning the dress on the door, to getting the dress completed ahead of time. She is incredible.

5 /5 becca hall: the staff was AMAZING!! Helped my daughter find her Senior prom dress of her dreams.. also the seamstress was excellent helping sew on straps for her dress so we could leave with dress that day! :)

5 /5 Michelle Stucky Niehaus: Abundance of formal dresses in many styles, colors, and sizes. Attentive staff even during extremely busy times. Dresses are grouped by color, which makes it very nice when you are looking for a specific color.
