1 /5 Rachael: My mother recently bought me a shirt for my birthday and asked for a gift receipt like any normal person in case the shirt didnt fit or was not my style. Unfortunately, I loved the shirt but the cut didnt fit the shape of my body, so I decided I wanted to return it to either get store credit or money back; what the gift receipt is for, right? Due to me working inconsistent hours, my mom was nice enough to offer to take the shirt back for me since I have been so busy with work. So my mother takes the shirt back and upon reviewing the receipt the next day she realized that they shorted her 15 dollars. When confused about this, we called the store to figure out why this happened considering we had a gift receipt only for Rebecca to be unhelpful and give us the run around. This business is only focused on taking your money and its clear by the way you are treated when you walk in the door. This store has nice clothes but the customer service and staff is greedy for their quotas and rude; this experience has completely turned my family and friends away from the business. Careful when shopping for gifts for your loved ones here, they will scam you out of your money.
