LOFT - Shop IL (Near Peoria)

4 /5 ᗰคгรєlค ᗰ.: This was my first time going into Loft, we werent greeted by anyone, but there were a couple of ladies working. I was surprised at how big it was, and also at the selection of items that they had. I was looking for a specific color and a specific dress, which I didnt find, but they did have some really cute other dresses! I liked a lot of their clothes so I will be back in the future!

5 /5 Amy Herring: Great and friendly store. Great staff. Paige took my 20 items and laid them out beautifully in the fitting room. She stayed relatable joking about jean shopping. Luckily I found two pairs of pants. So excited to wear them. The mall is quaint and awesome. I will definitely be back when I visit my son at Bradley. Thanks, Paige.

5 /5 Christian Townsend: The manager, Gina (spl?), is AMAZING!!!!!!!! I cannot get over her and how excellent her customer service is!! She went out of her way to accommodate me and helped me get the sweater I wanted on a sale day. I had gone to check out and the sweater had sold out between the time I added to cart and check out. I called the store and she blew me away with how helpful and kind she is. I 100 percent recommend this store, bc the management is amazing!
