Nick Vasquez Arrived Sat expecting the store to be busy. I wasnt wrong! About 20 people inside the shop. The staff was incredible! They handled each group of prom attendees and their parents swiftly and efficiently. Soon it was our turn and Morgan Talbott introduced herself to my son and I. Shes quite an impressive assistant manager! Had us in there and out in less than 1/2 hour! Assertive, enthusiastic and offered valuable fashion assistance! And did it all with a smile!

I love antiquing and often feel like shops are ether dinky and took focused on a single style OR massive complexes that take hours to traverse and you have to stay diligent to find the pieces you’re looking for. Skeleton Key is the answer to my antiquing prayers! Located in an old home, it’s big, without overwhelming (could easily move through in 30 min) and is filled with diverse and unique items at amazing prices - I ended up not having to say no to a single object that I was wanting to bring home. I was also super impressed with the secondhand art/craft supply section (pay the the pound) when folks can stock up on (or donate) fabrics, stamps, paper, drawing materials - really any creative tool or material! We chatted with the owner about the “haunted” painting for sale and she was so welcoming, easy to talk to, and friendly. I can’t wait till my travels bring me back through on another trip to the Skeleton Key.

Lacey Mizell Purchased a beautiful wood bench from this store. I was in Galena a few weeks ago, and could not get this bench out of my mind. The owner, Robin, helped me via email and by phone to complete my purchase. Pick up was easy and I could not be happier with my new piece!

Cathy Zwirblis Yesterday was the second Time I had been in Trio. The first time was before Christmas, and the things I bought then were the last things that I put away because I just loved looking at them. Going into the shop today was no disappointment, with Easter and spring things just starting to peek out from her vast supply. These Bunnies and Egg Basket pictures were just beautiful, antique photos behind glass frames. Latressa Is a delightful hostess for her store. Her attention to detail and ability to make make vignettes that make you want to buy everything is truly a gift! Definitely worth a stop in whenever you’re in Morris!
