4 /5 XX Chen: A great place to find affordable clothing and household items. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, the young cashier near the first-floor exit had a very poor attitude and barely responded when I spoke to her. Aside from that experience, the rest of the employees were wonderful.

5 /5 Dana Ali: This store was well stocked with merchandise in all clothing sizes, and the display cases were attended so we didnt have to wait on someone to come unlock one when shopping for jewelry. The perfume section didnt disappoint, and the best part was nobody tried to spritz us as we were walking by. Their selections were better than the Macys closer to my home. Im definitely coming back the next time Im in Chicago!

5 /5 Robert Hesseling: Today my granddaughter and I spent about 2 hours shopping at our Macy’s. Every single department that we checked out in had AMAZING young people working! Extremely friendly and helpful and so very polite! Great personalities each and every one of them! Sure made a fun shopping experience for us! Thank you Macy’s for hiring lovely young people!!!

5 /5 Shark RESTAURANT: Great Variety, Decent Prices, and Helpful Staff. Macy’s offers a great selection of clothing for all styles and occasions. I’ve found everything from casual wear to more formal outfits in one trip, which is super convenient. Their seasonal sales are usually worth checking out, and the quality of the clothing has been consistent for me. The store is well-organized, making it easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. Staff members have been friendly and willing to help when I needed sizing or style suggestions. My only small complaint is that some items can be a bit pricey if they’re not on sale, but the clearance section often has good deals.

5 /5 eleirse c: Went here to get some last-minute clothes for a career fair, and despite some challenges, the staff were amazing! Im not sure if I remember her name, I think I heard Maisy or Daisy? Nevertheless, she in particular was a huge help in both finding clothes that matched and fit me (which alone took hours!) as well as navigating some issues I had with my payment method. It was an adventure, but thanks to her and everyone else, I was able to get the clothes I needed!
