1 /5 E Viei: After finding a side table that my husband and I liked, we went to ask the manager for a discount because it had scratches and dents. We are handy and capable of doing minor fixes, so it wasnt a big deal to us. If she had said the discount wasnt possible, we would have understood, no problem we all move on, as long as we were treated with respect. The manager said she would give 10% off, so we decided to take advantage of the offer along with a couple of items. When paying for our stuff, the side tables original price was $59.99. The red tag she printed was $56. My husband asked again, and we mentioned that 10% was $53, not $56. She changed her attitude and said loudly, "Its only $3," which wasnt true. It was $6 total... That was the 1st unprofessionalbehavior. Then she violently thought the label-printing machine at the counter and made the cashier reprint the new tag for $53. She was so disrespectful and nasty to paying customers that it really made us feel mistreated and humiliated.
We are regular customers and we understand people get tired, we understand dealing with customers all day might be difficult, but there is no reason to show that kind of behavior as a manager when we were polite and respectful to her.
