5 /5 Jennifer Kripas: This is such a hidden gem just a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of all the big name stores on Michigan Ave. This store has always been a favorite of mine, but also felt a little "stuck" behind the times. This store has been around forever (think business suits of the 80s). I walked by the other day and WOW, Mary Walter got a GLOW UP! The owners (Cameron and Erin) were there and filled me in on all their upgrades lately: new paint, new floors, new layout! Now the amazing clothing matches the aesthetic! Now you look AND FEEL like the upscale store you are! Bravo guys! Your store looks incredible! (And deserves this updated review!)

The owners know their fashionable merchandise and how to put it together (or will leave you to do your own thing if you prefer). I always walk out excited about my new clothes and feeling great about the interactions with the owners. Shopping at Mary Walter is a great experience and I get to enjoy their good quality clothes for a long time.
