1 /5 Shelley S: Wow. Walked into the store, and no one from the staff greeted me or acknowledged my presence! I was there for 1 hour, including trying on clothes and hats, and it wasnt until I was leaving the store that someone said anything to me. They were busy with organizing clothing, but every customer should always be greeted - at the minimum. I was flabbergasted, as I had come there to BUY, and even to chit-chat with the staff to get a feel for the place. I love resale, so I really wanted to like this place. I dont think Ill be going back. Customer service really does matter. Oh well.

5 /5 Teresa R: MSC is my happy place. This Edgebrook gem has been around for over 40 years under the same owner, and it shows—she is clearly ahead of her time. The store is beautifully curated, with items in near-perfect condition, many still NWT, and a great selection of high-end brands. There’s something for everyone here. A must-visit (again and again).
