1 /5 Justin Choi: Strongly do not recommend, look elsewhere. Online purchase canceled without explanation. Haven’t received refund in almost 3 months. No response from customer service. Essentially fraud. Atrocious business. Great exhibit on how to lose customers.

1 /5 Robert Stein: I ordered a pair of Barbour Levis from Notre. They were not marked "Final Sale" or "No Returns." Upon arrival, they did not fit, and so I (in a very professional manner) requested a return within the 14 days per Notres return policy. Notre completely ignored my request. I ultimately had to file complaints with the BBB and the Illinois State Attorney General. They failed to respond to the BBB and have shown zero interest in honoring a simple return request. This business is unethical, rude, unscrupulous, and couldnt care less about its customers. I will never shop at this store again, and will continue to pursue them until they make this right.

1 /5 nikoloz Kvirikadze: Unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I made an online purchase. Absolutely terrible customer service. You need to try to be this bad. I purchased a pair of jeans, it got held up by UPS because the information provided by the sender was not adequate. I sent them email asking to resubmit the requested information, but No response from the store. I tried to call them, No response.

1 /5 Sydney Joseph: I placed an order online since I live out of state and I received a dirty pair of shoes from the store. I sent an email immediately after receiving them and have yet to hear back and it’s been almost a week. I have tried calling and nobody picks up the phone.
