4 /5 A. Laird: Old Navy has an outdoor private entry, making it easy to get in and out easily.
Mall parking is mall parking and follows the standard of the mall as per accessible parking.
Prices have gone up much higher than expected based on previous shopping experience. The cash registers are a single que for all lines, so you dont get stuck in a single line, and it moves as fast as possible.
They will ask about a store card and their discount program. The person could not find me by name, address, or number. This explains why I am no longer getting text messages with sales info. I may reinstall the app.
The staff was hard to find if not at the register. There is last minute items, including candies in the check out que hoping you will grab a quick snack. I have also seen people leave items here instead of handing it back to the clerk.
This is another store that if you see it, it fits, and you want it, grab it, because next time it will be gone, or not in your size.
Clearance items are mixed into every department, there is a no single area. Check on the shelves. Sales items do have areas in departments.
Clothes are of mixed quality and usually the prices reflect quality, but not always, and many items are not made of the materials you would expect. Most items are machine washable. Ive not seen that many wash or dry by hand.
Cute and seasonal as to change over in stock. High traffic area and some areas ate a little tight to squeeze between. Other items are too high to reach. The amount of space used is done well unless you are trying to bring the items down to check sizes or buy.
Store is clean. Staff, when found, is helpful. Oddly, rarely see staff stocking, even though items are out back fairly quickly if someone doesnt want an item.
On a quick note, I have hardly seen people here with children or grey hair. I have seen many babies and hear mostly English and forms of Spanish spoken. This could be reflective of the ads they run and the target market they appeal.
