Mari Chav This was our first time here, I picked several articles of clothing right away, I usually leave a store empty handed, so kudos ! Im very happy with my selections though they do run small, my only complaint is that in some departments it looks like a rummage sale, piles of items, Im not one for digging to find what I want, I probably would have spent more money if it was organized better, but still a good experience

Isobell Izzie Great selection, Great prices, Great employees, Really this store is rather clean, But becomes disorganized quickly. This is of course normal for retail stores. However employees could work harder to ensure things are put where they are supposed to be. The facing of a lot of products and the clothing racks become difficult to shop from when they get out of control. I really like coming here for outfitting my family and, saving money. They have alot of great clothing and, gifts.

Mar Peña The recent negative reviews made me a bit hesitant to come back since I used to love this store, but the workers were all very helpful. They were honest with me about not really having any jeans, but helped me create an outfit with what they had. It was decently busy the weekend I went, so for them to take the time and help me was fantastic! Would give this place 5 stars if they had more jeans for guys to pick through, but otherwise everything else was great.

Sally Plunkett We were just at the H & M store at White Oaks Mall in Springfield, IL and had THE best employee help us. Her name was Francis and she was in the children’s department. She was a real sales person. She helped us find what we wanted and brought us things to the fitting room. You know - like sales people used to do!!!!!
