1 /5 Raj Jain: Pathetic online ordering experience. Package was not delivered. I asked for refund. They are asking for a Police Report. And in the same breath they said if you dont want to file police report disput the charges with credit card company! I did not even get the package and they want me to file police report??? Their email clearly indicates that they will not refund come what may. Now I need to go through all the hassles and I am hoping my credit card company finds the claim eligible for refund. Why did I transact with Pacsun is what I am left wondering now.

1 /5 Itzel Palestino: What a horrible staff works at this store. Theyre not friendly at all. They give you dirty looks and dont even say hello, and they seem annoyed when you walk in. But anyway, I wont be returning to this store. They should be more cheerful.

1 /5 Crossroads Counseling: I would leave a zero star if that was an option. On 15 December I ordered my son-in-law a shirt. I was told I would get expedited shipping which was three days. On 21 December I called them because I had not gotten a shipping confirmation and my order has not shipped yet. I asked them to cancel my order and I was told that my order could not be canceled even though it had not yet been shipped. I could not understand the person who I was talking to because their accent was so strong so I hung up and called back to speak to someone else. That person told me that they would put my order through with a rush and they would get it out that day. Later that day I got an email saying my order had been canceled. I will never again order anything online from this store and I may never shop there again lol

1 /5 Ryan Cole: Whatever you do, dont use their website for In-Store pickup. Thought it would be a good idea since theyre promoting 10% off for pickup orders, but in reality their broken website and app wont let you place your order and will instead charge you 5 separate times. Customer service said wait an hour and try again. Nice advice to lose another $30.

3 /5 Dalamin Aubis: Turns out Im not someone who was meant to wear stylish clothes. The trednier the item, the smaller and smaller the definition of Extra Large ends up being. Some very interesting and appealing outfits, maybe worth shopping for a gift if you have any anorexic friends/family. So far everyone I know seems to shop there but never actually buy anything. Just waiting on those XXXL items to come into stock I guess. Friendly staff. I dont think they wear the clothes either.
