4 /5 Sam D: Had a great experience here this evening, the cashier (sadly didnt get his name) was kind, considerate, friendly and patient with myself and everyone else passing through this Christmas evening. He was also able to provide a discount on my coffee, which is always appreciated. So shout out to him, hope his holiday bonus is reflective of his grrat service and work ethic, happy holidays sir! This was a solid rest stop/travel center. Most importantly, the gas was affordable, there were more than enough pumps and parking spaces. This is a wheelchair accessible locations as well. The interior is clean and well lit. The coffee station has a lot of flavors/options and I love all the creamer flavors available. The snack section is well stocked. The ladies room was clean and accessible. This location also has a spacious truckers lounge and shower area. Didnt use the showers but its good to know theyre there. The food options were good and theres also a Taco Bell (with drive through option) for more variety. Overall, a solid stop along the highway to make your travels easier. I wont be back tomorrow but the location is bookmarked for my next cross country drive lol

5 /5 Giulia Montanari: Stopped at Pilot with a breakdown on our semi, and unfortunately their on-site service couldn’t fix the issue. But they didn’t give up, they helped us get in touch with a local mechanic who could. Thanks to their assistance, our driver was able to get repaired and back on the road without a huge delay. Really appreciated the willingness to help instead of just turning us away

5 /5 Undo Progress: This is a really nice truck stop. The people that work here are so friendly and very sweet and friendly people even the cashier the shower people are very nice they work so hard. Shower number one is an unbelievable shower I dont know if all the showers are like the shower number one but there is two shower heads in the inside of the shower and theres a bench on the inside of the shower that you can sit down and take your shower or you can go to the other shower head and stand up and take your shower they have a really nice size drivers lounge that you can sit and wait for your shower this is one of the best pilots truck stops Ive ever seen. The downside to this is they only have five showers so this place is crazy trying to wait for a shower. If corporate can ever get wind of this they need to build five more showers so the drivers arent waiting three hours for a shower. The stuff they do the best they can to try to get everybody going its just hard though its not their fault. So if you come in and you park your truck and you get a shower remember to leave a nice tip for the people in the shower. Corporate needs to build about five more showers so the flow of drivers can keep going and not get stuck here thank you shower people for all that you do your greatly appreciated thank you pilot truck stop for helping us today yall are just the sweetest people

5 /5 Mikelanta (MNW Home Solutions): Everything is clean. Nice big lot for truck drivers. It has a Taco Bell and some fresh food to choose from. The shower is one of the best showers I have encountered while driving trucks. Walking distance from Walmart and other shops around to spend money. No complaints!
