1 /5 Christopher Hillman: There were 70% off clearance signs posted throughout the store, but the staff refused to honor that price. The store opens at 10:00 a.m., and when we arrived after 1:00 p.m., the cashier said the 70% discount was no longer available. I explained that the signs should have been removed before the store opened, but she replied that there is a lot to do when opening the store. Notably, there were at least six employees working at the time.

5 /5 Kendra Jo Tucker: Always organized and clean. Staff is friendly. When buying clothes, they accept a decent amount of items. I wish they accepted more out-of-season items year round but I understand the space limitation.

1 /5 Jennifer Wilson: I haven’t been to Plato’s in a very long time. Today I was reminded why. The staff at this location is absurd, they are so rude I understand it’s a Saturday and they’re busy but that’s no excuse to treat paying customers poorly. It seemed like the entire staff was pissed off that they had to work. I will take my money elsewhere.
