5 /5 Justin Henrichs: Runnings in Watseka is a great store with a wide selection of farm, outdoor, and everyday items. The store is well stocked, easy to get around, and the staff is always friendly and helpful when you need something. It’s a convenient place to stop and usually has exactly what I’m looking for.

5 /5 Carol Highfill: I am not a happy customer. We put a 4 wheeler on layover and the first problem was the lady charged us wrong price and then couldn’t figure out how to void it out and redo it. We finally had a different lady call next day to fix it very nice lady. The next problem was my son- in- law went to pick it up and they told him they gave us the key and manual. Why in the world would they give us the key and manual before we actually paid it off and picked it up? I forgot to mention this is a Christmas present and it is December 19 so now they are trying to figure out how we can get this straightened out so my grandson has this item by Christmas and my son- in - may have to drive to another town to get another one. I am sorry, but this has been an awful experience for shopping at this place for the first time. They need to have more people working that know what they are doing, I don’t call this good customer service. I don’t complain about things, but this really upset me.
