Shoe Dept. - Shop IL (Near Harrisburg)

SM vl I like Ross because they have a lot of good thing s for a great price, the shelves were decently stocked. I found a lot of Christmas gifts. but the one thing with Ross is that they never have enough cashiers. eventually I got in line a cashier. I went to to say hello but she was annoyed that I had fragile things and absolutely refused to wrap them or put them with pillows I purchased. she seemed very irritated that she had to to use one thin bag to put my item in separate that was breakable. I wasnt going to sit there and argue. she had absolutely no desire to be careful packing the glass items that I purchased. It was like I was putting her out. some of the customer service Ive received at Ross before has been good but most of the time the service is like this. I still like the store but I wish the employees would be a little bit more helpful.

Darla Harms Store is clean, prices are reasonable, and they set out excellent clothing and other products. LOVE this Thrift Store!!!!

curtis austin (D2) As a former employee, I can say the store has improved a lot since new management took over a bit over a year ago, much cleaner tan it used to be and much more friendly, my only complaint is the old equipment.

Kristin checked me out and was very helpful and gave great customer service and was very knowledgeable about her job and made things easy for me. I found a lot of good things there and the prices were really good. I am pleased with my purchases and will definitely go back again.
