5 /5 michael schram: Ok... Story time... A week ago I pulled up to the store at 5:20 p.m., thinking they might be closed, I called them from their parking lot and asked if they were closed... The guy who answered the phone asked if that was me out in the parking lot, and said "Come on in! Were just hanging out talking inside where its warm." (This was the night before the huge snow storm of Jan. 2026) I told him I appreciated the offer, but I never want to hold a man up when hes getting ready to leave work. He reiterated that it really was no big deal, they werent in no hurry. I told him Id meet back up with them when they werent closed, and again he said he didnt mind at all if I came in right now... :) Well, I kindly backed out for the night, but decided then and there that Id give them a try for my next pair of boots.... So, fast forward to today... I went to Rural King to get some boots, but remembered how nice the guy was at SI Workwear, even after hours... I actually had tried on some boots and was going to go pay for them, but thought about the phone conversation in the SI parking lot. So I put the boots down and headed over to SI... As I walked in the door, the girl behind the counter was super friendly, and asked if I needed anything? (Not in a pushy salesman way, but just in a friendly, sincere way, like her parents taught her just how to be a genuinely nice person :) ... I told her I was looking for some boots, and she pointed me to them and said Ill be right with you... Her attitude during me trying on boots was just a really pleasant experience. Her parents did a good job with raising this girl!! :) .. When she went to get a pair of boots for me from the back, a man came out and asked if I needed any help, and lo and behold it was the same voice of the guy I had talked to on the phone the week prior... Same genuine niceness, that is getting a little harder to come by these days... Well, to keep it as short as possible, the girl ended up saying that her dad would check me out at the counter, the SAME guy who I talked to earlier and last week... Now I know where the girl got her attitude from... Im not sure, but he may be the owner, and if he isnt, with his attitude he needs to be a guy running a business... They got my business from here on out... I never told them any of what I just wrote, I just want to be another customer who goes in their to enjoy their personalities the next time I need another pair of boots... Thank you, you two!! :)

5 /5 jo sotelo: The customer service is excellent! After 7 months, they still remembered my name, and what I had previously purchased without looking it up. Kade is a wellspring of knowledge; he can tell you the specs on impact resistance for each brand of boot by memory. They know their equipment and how working a 12 hour shift in the mine will feel wearing what they sell you; the products they recommended to me were well worth the money!
