1 /5 Matthew Etherington: OVERPRICED and way TOO LONG of a turnaround. What should have been simple monogram for dinner napkins, turned out ridiculous and disproportionately too large for the napkin. Not once did someone reach out to confirm our satisfaction with the product prior to embroidering all of them. Will NOT be using Silkworm again. Do NOT recommend.

5 /5 Emily Unger: We used Silkworm for a fundraiser for work. Jessica I. made the process so easy! She was wonderful to work with. She was always quick to respond to any questions, and we were able to get our fundraiser up and going in a very short amount of time! Will for sure be using them again in the future!

1 /5 M Ward: I’ve only ordered from here twice. The first time, the shirts I ordered were different than what was described. Not a big deal. They were nice looking, high quality shirts. The second was just recent. I ordered 2 shirts on 10/12. It is now 11/3 and it looks like I might get them tomorrow in the mail. It just seems like a 3 week turn around for a couple shirts seems a little long. Update- looks like they won’t be here for a few more days. They were Veterans Day shirts that I will hopefully get before Veterans Day. I ordered them through a fundraiser. Definitely do not recommend using Silkworm.

1 /5 Tracy Line: I purchased 2 sweatshirts for a cheer competition. I paid $8.50 for shipping thinking these would be sent to my house. The day of the competition I find out that the shirts were brought there to be picked up. Why would you charge for shipping if you were bringing the shirts??? When I went to get my shirts, I find out that they processed my order incorrectly and they only had one of my shirts. I will not be ordering from this company again. Very poorly managed!
