Kim Wagley Love this place! Greeted when I walked in the door, asked if I needed help or just wanted to browse. My first trip was gathering information prior to purchasing a new sewing machine. 3 weeks later I went in to purchase and the owner even remembered my first name! So helpful, so kind. So knowledgeable about the machines and sewing in general. Helped me pick a machine based on the kind of sewing I do. Let me try several machines to compare them. And has a policy of sending folks home having done the most basic functions on their new machine but allowing them to schedule actual training session after they have gotten comfortable with the basics. Love that!

faith sara My boyfriend and i came to this Glik’s in Edwardsville just the other day and the girls who were working here were so sweet and kind! They were also extremely attentive and helpful. It was so refreshing because not a lot of stores have great or kind workers anymore but these girls were the sweetest and very helpful. I highly recommend visiting Gliks in Edwardsville! edit for owner: i visited on January 17th, it was a saturday!

Joe angie bolin We purchased a GE all in one machine about a month ago and love it!!! Jake our salesperson was very knowledgeable and friendly. The two delivery guys ( sorry I forgot their names) were also very knowledgeable and friendly. They used a lot of care getting the machine in and getting it installed. Overall an excellent experience!!!!
