1 /5 Dani: I just stopped by going through town for a simple latte for my husband and I. I’m mystified by all these good reviews. After waiting over 15 minutes, I get up to the counter and see how dirty the whole coffee area is while she’s making my drinks. The milk frother had dried old milk on it and she proceeded to put our drinks into the dirty wand to froth our milk. I’ve worked with espresso machines before and I know that they must be cleaned after every use. It clearly wasn’t , if ever. There was dirty dishes everywhere and crumbs, the syrup bottles where covered in syrup. Just over all very unclean. I was grossed out. But after waiting so long I just wanted to get out of there. Then as she is making our drinks someone screams from the flower shop part, “who left this cash register on $16.50?” She stopped making our drinks and rushed back to talk to the other lady about the cash register in the floral part for like 5 minutes. Leaving me to wait even longer . Like really? That was more important than a customer that’s already been waiting an outrageously long amount of time? So ridiculous . Also, the prices were way too high in my opinion, a deflated cupcake for $6. A refresher drink for $7. That’s a lot. I finally got out to the car where my husband and kids were waiting for me for over 25 minutes. We tasted our lattes and they tasted like water. The absolute worst drink we’ve ever tried. Time and money wasted . Overall one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a coffee shop. We will not be back.
