5 /5 Melody Craig: Ive had the wonderful privilege of visiting this shop often since May of 2023, as my husband has gotten a full sleeve done and Ive just started my 2nd tattoo here. This is, hands down, the cleanest shop Ive ever been in. Not only that, the space is extremely well decorated, and the entire vibe feels so safe and good. My husband has been working with Killian for about 5 months or so, and Ive been working with Jaidyn for 2 months, and we could not be happier. Whenever we have appointments, its like going to see good friends because its such a comfortable space to be in. Not only are the artists ridiculously talented here, they are professional, clean, and truly do amazing work. Ive interacted with everyone here, and all of their collective energy is what makes this place so perfect. Ive had the pleasure of talking to Ainslie, Caleb, and Kris during my time spent here, and Ive seen their work along with how they are with their clients and fellow artists. Im confident in saying that anyone would be well taken care of here, with any artist. The culture that Ainslie has built here as the owner is unprecedented, and so impressive. You can tell there is so much love and passion for this space, and that is what really sets it aside from anywhere else. Weve had a couple unfortunate issues on a personal level during our visits, which include me having a panic attack during my first session, and then walking out to a flat tire on our most recent visit! During my panic, I felt so safe, and no one made a big deal out of it- which is exactly what I need. I was given so much care and patience, and although I was already ready to say "this is my shop", but that moment really sealed the deal. As far as our flat tire- my husband and I had both gotten ink and were ready to go home after a long day but a nail in the tire gave us other plans. We initially thought we didnt have the right tools and would need to deal with our roadside assistance. Killian and Ainslie didnt bat an eye and came to the rescue to help out. Who knows how long we would have been there without their assistance. Unfortunately, id be hard pressed to come up with another shop in this area that would have done the same in both of these situations. So, heres your sign that this is the shop you need in your life. Every single artist and the experience you have is worth the wait to get in the books. This place is a real gem, and Im proud to say its "my" place. 5 /5 Grace Chong: Vintage Karma is a phenomenal studio. I am constantly being asked where I got my tattoos - Kris is excellent and has made my ideas come to life in the best way. All of the artists are extremely talented, and the shop itself is welcoming and comfortable. I highly recommend VK for your tattoo work!

I have other work and have had unfortunate experiences with other so called artists and their temperaments. Kris single handedly restored my faith and made my experience comfortable. Thank you Kris. 5 /5 Harold Reavley: Had a large leg piece done, two 6 hour sittings. Everyone was great, went out of their way to make me comfortable. I had to reschedule my second sitting due to a death in the family, had no trouble at all getting it set up. Highly recommend them.

5 /5 Scott Porter: I had gotten Tattoos in my youth that didnt exactly... fit my personality at 50. I had looked at several shops in the area but had settled on Vintage Kara because I felt the atmosphere and artist were very professional and welcoming to everyone. I wasnt disappointed. I waited to get into Ainslies book . I wasnt disappointed, the experience was so comfortable and easy. I felt right at home even after not setting foot in a tattoo studio for more than 20 years. I cant recommend this studio strongly enough to older people thinking about a new peice or cover-up. The experience couldnt have been better.
