Jane Dowler Rally House is a great store! The staff is always friendly and ready to help — there’s always someone available if you need assistance. The store is clean, well-stocked, and organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. They even offered to call their mall location to check for additional sizes, which I really appreciated. Returns are quick and hassle-free. Excellent customer service all around — highly recommend!

Logan Niehaus My favorite place to shop for children’s clothes! Tons of styles and brands available. Turn around time is quick, and Carly is great with communicating about orders. Also, there are exclusive pieces you won’t find anywhere else!

Sav Employees were awesome and very helpful. I bought a bee septum piercing today with my friend. They helped us find it and really were the sweetest. They were really chill people and I plan on coming back for more things in the future!!

Deanna K Shopping in Galena & we were so excited to see a Gelato place!! I really wish I had known earlier I also would’ve gotten coffee in the morning here! I had the little cup of lemon gelato & it was so good!! Very refreshing on a hot summer day. We went back later to try another flavor but unfortunately the store closed at 5:00pm. That was a disappointment as it makes the perfect dessert after a dinner in town. (Hint hint…you stay open longer people will come!)
