Walmart Supercenter - (Near Marshall, IL)

SM vl I like Ross because they have a lot of good thing s for a great price, the shelves were decently stocked. I found a lot of Christmas gifts. but the one thing with Ross is that they never have enough cashiers. eventually I got in line a cashier. I went to to say hello but she was annoyed that I had fragile things and absolutely refused to wrap them or put them with pillows I purchased. she seemed very irritated that she had to to use one thin bag to put my item in separate that was breakable. I wasnt going to sit there and argue. she had absolutely no desire to be careful packing the glass items that I purchased. It was like I was putting her out. some of the customer service Ive received at Ross before has been good but most of the time the service is like this. I still like the store but I wish the employees would be a little bit more helpful.

Yolanda Rowden Im only giving 3 stars not based on the service which is always great. Im doing this because you have workers working with no air, but smiling a d offering assistance to the customers that enter the store. Please treat your employees with better respect. Plus I couldnt shop with the store being that hot.

Elizabeth Rose I was so glad my friend suggested we kill some time by checking out this Ross. I was impressed by the full selection, my local Ross stores dont have as much inventory. I noticed right away how clean the floors and store was in general. I did find more things than I thought I needed, so it was a successful trip.

curtis austin (D2) As a former employee, I can say the store has improved a lot since new management took over a bit over a year ago, much cleaner tan it used to be and much more friendly, my only complaint is the old equipment.
