She did not hover but was there to set me up in a dressing room and answer questions about the dresses I was considering. There was a small snag in the one I liked the best. Lena efficiently found a replacement and arranged to have it mailed to my home. She also helped me select jewelry. I purchase so many things online these days. This experience reminded me how much I miss and enjoy shopping at the store. Thank you so much! Great job Lena and manager Janet!

Kat & Constance gave exemplary service, including looking in the back room & newly delivered items for those hard to find items of clothing in my size while offering me the best possible pricing. The clothes are well made and offer good value. WHBMs become my go-to place in town when searching for something special.

Finding cute/appropriate clothes in your 40s can be frustrating, but the Champaign, IL store has the BEST manager who makes shopping here fun. Knowing I will get Jessicas concierge-level service reduces my stress before I walk in the door. Great hire WHBM!
