She shared customers services such as Senior Citizen Discount Day on each Tuesday, cardholders coupons for additional discounts, & how customers receive free shipping on items that are on the Belk.com site, but not in the store. If you can not find your size, color, product, etc. in the store, but it is on the website, it will be shipped free to your home. I enjoyed a great shopping experience.
