5 /5 Chasity Williams: The Store Manager : She deserve and award for handling that customer on 9/5/2021. The customer came in swearing and demanding what she paid . Charita kept calm and was nice until the lady started cursing her out. She was refunding her stuff but she kept on aging Charita.she was professional never was ugly towards the lady.Long story short she did no wrong the lady stated she was going to call home office and report her, I was in there The store Manger did what she was supposed to do. 5 /5 Shawndell Downs (Roadrunner): This is hands down the BEST Cato, I have ever been to!! This places is so well organized even the clearance racks r color corridnated. The staff is very friendly n helpful! Thanks i enjoyed spending my money there yesterday!
