Emma Johnson Michonne was wonderful! There was an issue with a gift card which I had in my purse for at least a year before using it. She really went above and beyond to fix the issue! It took many phone calls to higher ups, but Michonne insisted that she would get the problem figured out. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

Christian Peterson Sold me dry rotted pants. Came back to see what I could do about them. Wasn’t informed of the severity of pants’ condition and was allowed to keep them. Upon returning once I found out how bad it was, they said there was “nothing they can do.” The pants are still on display for purchase by the way.
