Amy Braud I had such a wonderful experience at Loft! I went in planning to make a quick exchange for a different size, but Andre turned it into one of the best shopping trips I’ve had in a long time. He didn’t just grab the size I needed; he helped me find pieces that fit my style perfectly. It was like he just knew what I was missing from my wardrobe.
Andre brought me several things to try on, and I honestly loved everything he picked out. He was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the whole time. I left feeling excited about my new clothes and really taken care of.
Every staff member I met was also so welcoming and friendly. I was greeted with smiles as soon as I walked in, and everyone seemed happy to help.
