Lanette Miles Little country place that is nice and quiet. Kitchen was closed but they have one with a dining room. Also have a little casino if that is your thing. The women’s restroom was out of order but the restrooms were clean. I would make this store be were you can come get all the Louisiana goodies like boudin, seasonings, snacks, novelties and have my kitchen open longer with a good creole and Cajun food menu.

Eric Vazquez Italy Direct Clothing on Royal Street is a hidden gem in the French Quarter! After being turned away from a music event for wearing gym shorts and a tank top, I desperately needed a quick, affordable outfit change. A hasty Google maps search led me to this vintage Italian boutique, and thank goodness they were open at 9:30 PM during the busy Super Bowl weekend! Brandon, the salesperson, was an absolute lifesaver—he helped me pick out stylish dress pants and a shirt within my budget, even hemmed the pants on the spot, and threw in some cologne samples to complete the look. His attention to detail and genuine care saved my night. The store’s location is perfect, the selection is impeccable, and the service is unmatched. I’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!
