1 /5 Jason Durham: DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS—PREYING ON THE ELDERLY & POSSIBLY INSTALLING ILLEGAL SOFTWARE
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is completely dishonest, dishonorable and exploitative, especially toward elderly customers in the Clinton area. A Microsoft Surface was repeatedly brought in for the same issue—a supposed "virus" appearing before even connecting to the internet after a so-called "repair." How does that happen? Suspicious, to say the least.
Here’s what I suspect:
They are installing illegal, hacked versions of Windows—potentially embedding malware or backdoor access themselves.
They refuse to stand by their work, charging for the same "repair" over and over again instead of actually fixing the issue.
A town of 2,000 people, and a freshly formatted laptop is “hacked” immediately? That’s not a coincidence. That’s intentional.
The fact that they are NOT even accredited by the Better Business Bureau speaks volumes. Any company that deals with computers should operate with integrity, especially when dealing with vulnerable customers. Instead, these people seem to profit off deception and might even be the very source of the problem.
⚠️ AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. You’re better off throwing your laptop in a river than trusting them to fix it. ⚠️
