1 /5 Kelsey Bailey: I do not recommend Hemline. I was sold a dress with a faulty/broken zipper. When I called to see what the potential remedies were, I was disappointed to hear they were unwilling to even offer an exchange or repair. It’s also extremely difficult to have anyone assist you, with multiple messages disregarded and no return calls despite being told I’d hear back. Overall, way too pricey for customer service like this. If you do choose to shop here, check the products carefully before purchasing to avoid being left with a problem.
