1 /5 Makiva Vanburen: Everytime I do pay and pickup at this location… it is never ready and there is always a problem with the process. I never have this issue at other stores. So I lost out of the discount/coupon because the shoes were not ready when the system said they would be and I need them right away.

3 /5 Bev Thompson: There’s a portion of this purchasing process that specifically asks if I’m going to pick up the order. I listed the person picking up as an effort to combat confusion. However upon arrival the pickup person insists the name in which the order should have been under and it was not. Why bother asking who’s picking it up if the order isn’t listed that way. A waste of my time as well as slightly embarrassing for a person who was made to feel as if they didn’t know what they were doing or trying to do something wrong. Order was received but my pickup person declined to get anything else unless I had things squared away
