5 /5 Kemberlin Levingston: On Tuesday 11/19/2024, I was contacted by the DM, Mr Milo Love. He emphatically apologized for the incident. He truly listened to my story and apologized even more. He told me he would take care of the situation and HE DID!! He asked me which store was convenient for me to go to, but I wanted to go back to where I purchased the shoes. He had prepared them for my arrival-easy peezy. I received my refund in my account the next day. Thank you Mr. Love for rectifying this situation. I will continue to shop with you at Hibbett Sports. But only in Ruston because Mr Hill always take care of his customers. Only went to Minden because I was working there. I made this post over a week ago, NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME. When I call, no one can help. It has to be escalated. Minden, La….I was overcharged for the shoes. I was told I can’t get my money back. She only told me to bring it back and get a refund. I wanted the shoes for my son’s birthday. The tag shows $99.95 but I was charged $219.95. Photos are the shoes with the tags after I left and called back. She was rude and not helpful. Please contact me. It’s not my fault the store failed to do their job. I deserve a refund of the difference.

5 /5 Roberto: I love visiting this store , the employees are very friendly and answered all of my questions. They explained all the sale they were having and made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. The manager alway has a smile on her face and the employees work together with one another.
