1 /5 Jon Simmons: Was not greeted as we walked in. We had to ask for help for shoe size, was told to bring the shoe we wanted, and she would just get the size we wanted. Also, when we asked if there were any shoes on clarence, she replied she did not know she would just have to check the prices on an issue that we wanted.
After finding the shoe, we were told she couldnt find the other.
Finally, we found a different type and checked out. She did not thank us. Instead, she was more concerned about talking on her phone. Employees should not be able to talk on their personal phone, even with bluetooth earphones. Half the time, while checking out, I could not tell she was talking to us or her friend.
