5 /5 Jon Moak: This place is great. I’ve always gone there for my boots. They are friendly and very helpful. This time they really proved themselves. I had to return a pair of boots and they exchanged them without a problem. I would say, no questions asked, but I had to tell them why I was returning them. As I should. But then when I had to bring the second pair of $240 boots back, again they exchanged them with no problem. They were very friendly and helpful through the whole process. So what was the problem with the boots I had bought? They just had flaws in them that made them painful for me to wear. I tried the same boot, bigger size, on the second pair thinking it was just a fluke but had trouble again. I went with a different brand and type the last time and they are much better. Thanks Hook’s for all the time, help, and understanding.
