The person at the jewelry counter hope my wife for about 10 minutes to find a pair of earrings and a bracelet. there was Adequate parking on 10-15 minutes from the French quarter. If there is little to moderate traffic. With heavy. traffic 29 to 30 to get from the French quarter. We came 2:30 in the afternoon it took 14 minutes.
