Christine Soderlund My most recent trip to Hemline was during the Magazine Champagne Stroll and even with it being busy the entire staff was so sweet and helpful without being pushy. I found the perfect dress for an upcoming event and while trying it on they helped with zipping and getting a different size, employees here are always so helpful and nice! A few months ago when I was also looking for a specific dress for an event they even helped me with what other store to go to since they didn’t have anything currently that met my need for a formal event- I appreciate they even helped me when I couldn’t buy something from them.

Michele Seymore So every year we always have Christmas in the spring bc we live in Maryland! So my son received a cologne he already had.. way past the return exchange period. We talked to the nice ladies at the counter and it took awhile for the manager to call back. But they exchanged it for him with no problem. With the return label attach and box unopen you should be allowed to exchange with no extra issues… but I was glad they took care of us & they were very nice! Thanks cologne counter! Then we went over to women’s fragrance and purchased something else!
