5 /5 Emma Johnson: Michonne was wonderful! There was an issue with a gift card which I had in my purse for at least a year before using it. She really went above and beyond to fix the issue! It took many phone calls to higher ups, but Michonne insisted that she would get the problem figured out. I really appreciated the excellent customer service!

5 /5 Leah Sonnier: Everyone was super sweet and attentive. They helped bring items to my fitting room while I was shopping so I didnt have to hold it all. I fell in love with a dress, but it had a hole in the pocket so they called their other location in Houma to see if they had one in stock they could send. They did!! But they sent the wrong size and I needed the dress for a specific date. Unfortunately, shipping the dress to Lafayette would have the dress arriving after the date I needed it for. Katie was so amazing and offered to drive to the Houma location and get the dress for me! It is for my engagement pictures and it was too perfect to let get away. They said they had others come in and try to buy it but they held it for me. It made my heart jump and I will definitely be going there the next time I need a cute outfit!!!

They helped me pick the perfect dress and I was hugely impressed that they were not trying to over-accessorize my outfit; but instead picked out the perfect pieces that would tie the entire outfit together!! GREAT people, service, and selection!
